Presented by Real Love Winnipeg and the West End Cultural Centre, Winterruption gives you a great reason to leave the house in the dead of winter. Each January, this multi-venue music and arts festival brings warmth and energy to the city, transforming the West End, West Broadway, and South Osborne into hubs of community and live performance.

Part of a larger family of Western Canadian winter festivals - including Winterruption in Saskatoon and Edmonton - Winterruption Winnipeg is dedicated to celebrating the arts while embracing the season. By sharing talent and ideas across cities, we create a truly unique and collaborative festival experience that showcases both local voices and international acts.

Our goal is inclusivity and accessibility. With programming that spans genres, cultures, ages, and identities, Winterruption is a place where everyone can find something to love.
